Provincial Election - Pekka Reinio - NDP Barrie Innisfil, 2022
On Tuesday, May 10th, our crew was invited by Pekka Reinio Barrie Innisfil Ontario NDP Candidate to attend the provincial election NDP event at Redline Brewery where NDP leader, Andrea Horwath, was to be in attendance.
Unlike many representatives of media, we do not claim to be ‘politically neutral’, as the very concept is impossible. We do not support any specific party, but we openly admit to siding with candidates who show they care about all people in our province or country, and definitely not with those who abuse political trust for personal profit by gouging those less fortunate and passing the money saved by their suffering to wealthy friends.
Regardless, we are a media service, and as such we are very willing to offer the same exposure to any other political candidate within the area from Orillia to Innisfil, as long as they agree to the same conditions as did Pekka Reinio; that they do not have editorial control over what we report, and they cannot demand retractions of the story or any statements they make or others make about them.
